Object! to Ms. Barovsky's appointment and inclusion in your family law matter. Point to our website and the allegations of past malfeasance , and the criminal and civil lawsuits against her, the fact that she cannot prove she earned a PsyD or that the institutions that she alleges awarded her degree does not exist.
Provide the RBVSG Declaration to the your Court.
Contact Us. One or more of our members will attend your custody hearing and provide evidence against Barovsky.
Refuse to participate in the mediation process that involves mediators..

Review Ms. Barovsky's contract carefully. DO NOT SIGN anything that gives up your rights to have her work reviewed or prevents you from criticizing her or her work.
Do not agree to allowing Barovsky to meet your ex without you. Do not allow Ms. Barovsky to meet with your child without you. Insist on bringing an emotional support person as a witness. Ms. Barovsky is propogates lies if she is unwitnessed according to persons with knowledge of how Ms. Barovsky operates.
Fighting Back
File Criminal Complaints with Law Enforcement - Barovsky is incompetent and seemingly does not stick to the law. There is likely one or more actions she has taken in your case that probably is against the law. This can be anything from perjury, to falsification of evidence, to abuse of a child, to failure to report abuse or neglect.
File a civil lawsuit against Barovsky -
Complain to the Board of Behavioral Sciences. and/or the Board of Psychology. The RBVSG can do it on your behalf.
Complain to NASW of Social Workers.
Write to the Contra Costa and Alameda County Courts Family Court Services.
